Andrea Guevara is a first-generation Latina, born in Peru and raised in Los Angeles. She is currently a senior at the University of Southern California, majoring in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention on the pre-med track. Andrea has gained experience through research internships, clinical volunteering, and leadership in student health organizations. She is also a certified medical assistant and works as a college ambassador and content creator, having partnered with brands such as Kaplan, LG, and CeraVe. As a future physician, Andrea is passionate about health equity and mentorship. She hopes to support other first-gen students in navigating their academic, pre-med, and career journeys with confidence. In her free time, she enjoys running by the beach and discovering new coffee spots across LA.
